Same Day Agra by train is an astounding day outing to the city of the Taj Mahal. The train takes simply over 2 hours to arrive in Agra from New Delhi. Morning 07:00 AM- (Pick up from Hotel and transfer to Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station)
At sharp seven o’clock our chauffeur will pick you up from hotel and securely transfer to the Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station to board on a Gatimaan Express Train. The train consist of two executive AC chair cars and eight AC chair car coaches. After the travel of 1 hour and 40 minutes from its source station, you will arrive at Agra cantonment where our representative will wait for you to start your sightseeing.

Morning 08:10 AM – (Time to Gatimaan Express Train Departs)
The train departs from Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station. Tea and breakfast will be served on the train, which is included in your ticket. You’ll take pleasure in your meal while gazing the outside view from the train’s window. The journey will be comfortable and you will surprise to know when you arrive in Agra.

Morning 09:50 AM – Arrival at Agra Cantt
After one hour forty minutes journey, you will be at the railway station of Agra Cantt. Our Tour guide  will be there to receive you from the station (Agra Cantt) and your amazing Agra city tour starts. Visit Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and Baby Taj.

Morning 10:15 AM – Visit Taj Mahal (See the amazing beauty of Taj Mahal)
Taj Mahal – Symbol of extreme love constructed by Emperor Shah Jahan in the remembrance of his much-loved Mumtaj Mahal and it took 22 years to complete. Enjoy the beauty of the Taj Mahal, which shares its borders with the river Yamuna. It is a perfect example of a real love of Mughal Emperor Shahjahan and Mumtaz Mahal. Taj Mahal is a huge mausoleum of white marble and was built in-between 1631 and 1648.

12:00 Noon – Visit Agra Fort
After exploring around the Taj Mahal, you will visit Agra Fort to see at exactly 12 o’clock. Agra Fort is a great tourist charm found on a drive of a few minutes from the Taj Mahal. Until the era of the 17th century, this fort was the kingly palace of Mughal rulers. Afterward, the capital was moved to Delhi. The fort is more than a walled city. Now a day, it is considered as a significant tourist attraction to explore and display the culture of India.

01:00 PM – It’s time to enjoy lunch in this historic city
After exploring Agra Fort, go to the nearest restaurant and take pleasure in a tasteful lunch, and make yourself refreshed for your next charms. Try to taste local cuisines of Agra to know about its culture and tradition The city offers you so many lip-smacking dishes to taste during your trip. Enjoy your lunch before visiting the Baby Taj.

02:30 PM – Visit I’timad-Ud-Daulah (Baby Taj)
Itmad-Ud-Daula’s Tomb is a mausoleum and often referred to as ‘jewel box’ or ‘Baby Tāj’, in Agra. Along with the main structure, it consists of many outstanding buildings and gardens. The tomb was constructed in-between 1622 and 1628 represents the first phase of Mughal architecture – specially made from red sandstone with marble décor. The mausoleum was specially made by Nūr Jahān (the wife of Jahangir) for her father Mirzā Ghiyās Beg, who was given the honor of I’timād-UD-Daulah (pillar of the state). Mirzā Ghiyās Beg was also the grandpa of the Arjumand Bano daughter of Asaf Khān (generally popular as Mumtāz Mahal and the wife of Shāh Jahan. 

03:00 PM – Go To Explore Famous Mughal  Art & Crafts
This time you will visit Agra’s most popular handicraft market where you will see wonderful arts and hand-made items. After exploring the markets, get ready to depart from the Agra city along with sweet memories of your Same Day Agra Tour by the Gatimaan Express train.

05:20 PM – Depart from Agra
In the evening, transfer to Agra cantonment to board on the Gatimaan express. After a 100 minute journey, you will be at the Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station. Dinner will be offered on the train.

07:00 PM – Back to Delhi
