Later on, start your road journey to the Pink City of Rajasthan – Jaipur (5 hours from Delhi to Jaipur). The city is one of the most historic destinations of India and offers many interesting things to see and do. Upon arrival, enter into the hotel.

Day 3: Jaipur
Today after breakfast, get ready for city sightseeing. The main attraction of the day is Amber Fort. As it is a ridge fortification, enjoy an elephant ride up to its passage. It is 11 km away from the city. There are different awesome structures in its premises, for example, Diwan-I-Am, Diwan-I-Khas, Sila Devi Temple, Ganesh Pol, etc. Next is the heavenly City Palace, an awesome mix of Mughal and Rajasthani styles of design. Later on, you explore  Hawa Mahal, known for its stunning structure with 953 jharokhas. In conclusion, visit the galactic observatory of Jantar Mantar, which is a World legacy site.

In the evening, visit the bustling bazaars of the city to purchase some handicrafts as Jaipur offers amazing handmade items that exhibits the skills of locals and has always been a matter of pride for the city.

Day 4: Jaipur – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra (244 km)
Today, post breakfast; leave the hotel to start your road journey to the Mughal City Agra. In transit, take a stop at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Fatehpur Sikri. Once a full of life Mughal capital, specially made by Emperor Akbar, was betrayed because of water shortage. The complex has different structures. Later on, proceed to Agra. After arriving, enter into the hotel and relax.

Day 5: Agra – Varanasi (via train)
Toward the beginning of the day, start your sightseeing early. Enjoy a visit to the World Wonder of Taj Mahal during sunrise. As the beams of the sparkling sun fall on the white magnificence, it sparkles like a precious stone. Taj Mahal is a marble sepulcher that was made by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his cherished spouse Mumtaz Mahal. Later on, visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Agra Fort. The red sandstone, some portion of this amazing structure was customized by Emperor Akbar, besides, the marble structures were built by Shah Jahan. The last visit of the day is to the heavenly Idmat-Ud-Dauhla’s tomb, also called the ‘Infant Taj’ or the ‘Gem Box’.

In the evening, explore its lively markets and get an opportunity to see the marble work. Meet some legends who pass their skills to young workers and get knowledge about how these stone inlays are crafted. The artisans create wonderful designs on marble and make us to think about the ancient era when the technology was not so advance to create such kind of supreme designs and how these historic structures were built.  

At night, transfer to the railway station for boarding an overnight train to Varanasi. Do overnight journey on the train.

Day 6: Arrival in Varanasi
Morning arrival at Varanasi railway station. Meet our tour guide, get moved to the hotel, complete the registration formalities and enter into your room to relax. From there on, leave for a short excursion to Sarnath, a well known Buddhist pilgrimage site. One of the four most significant holy sites of Buddhism, it has the deer park where Gautama Buddha initially instructed the ‘Dharma’ after accomplishing edification. Back to Varanasi toward the evening for a city visit, including the Alamgir Mosque, also called Beni Madhav Ka Darera, Dasaswamedh Ghat, and the Bharat Mata Temple-situated in the Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith grounds. The evening is booked for the mesmeric ritual of Ganga Aarti, a lifetime opportunity.

Day 7: Varanasi – Delhi (By flight) – Departure
Start your day early. Take pleasure in an early morning boat ride on the River Ganges. Watch local people and travelers busy in their religious traditions and conventions. Later, back to the hotel and enjoy breakfast. From that point, get moved to the air terminal to get on the flight to Delhi. On arrival, board on the next flight for your further destination.
